Nitin Sanker

Founder , Director, CEO
Name: Nitin Sanker
Experience: 32+ Years
Did his BE from IIT Roorkee and his MBA in HR and Marketing from IIM Calcutta.
His first 4 years after academics were spent as a Business Manager with PL accountability managing International training centers, as a instructional designer and learning consultant for NIIT and NIS. His next 4 years as a strategic consultant looking at process and people development with a strategic consulting firm which specialized in business transformation.
The last 20 years he has been designing award winning training programs, he has been an OD specialist working with Governments and Organizations like Samsung, Bank du Cairo, Government of Kuwait, Government of Indonesia, Dr Reddy labs, Tech Mahindra, Holcim Philippines etc. He is also visiting faculty with varied institutions Like ISB, IIM Calcutta, University of Jakarta, IIM Indore and others.
He functions currently as Middle HR’s CEO as well as taking up a dual role as a Lead Global Trainer, OD Consultant and CXO coach.
He has been awarded the HR Champion award from the Human Capital Institute, He was awarded for outstanding contribution to world HR by The world HR Congress, he has been recognized by Business India in their issue “best of the best” as one of the top 10 alumni from IIM Calcutta in the last 40 years.
He had worked extensively on balanced scorecard implementation projects, including being a consultant with the World Bank , Govt of Indonesia. Has trained and helped in the implementation of balanced scorecard in over 200 organizations through out Asia.

Nandita Asthana Sanker

Name: Nandita Asthana Sanker

A Delhi University Graduate, she has an Advanced Strategic Management Qualification from IIM Indore.
She started her career with Global Advertising Agencies like Saatchi and Saatchi and RK Swamy BBDO in the creative function, extremely successful she grew quickly into the role of a creative director. Her interest in Training caused a mid-career switch to Learning and Development which has been her forte for the last 20 years. A global Trainer and Consultant she traverses the globe conducting training and Organizational Development interventions in countries like Egypt , Jordan , Australia , Indonesia and India. She has worked with over a 1000 organizations conducting open workshops and In-company interventions. She has been recognized as one of the top trainers in Asia in her field of expertise.
A serial entrepreneur she has helped set up two of India`s leading organizations in the Personal and Organizational Learning and development space - Middle Earth HR which today is One of Asia`s largest organizations in The L&D space and The Inner Courtyard which specializes in counseling and emotional growth. She has been featured along with luminaries like SreeSree Ravi Shanker as one of the top 20 professionals in the field of emotional growth and counseling in a bestselling book.

Vijay Bachu

Vijay Bachu is a professional mentor, career-coach, NLP Practitioner and a POSH trainer.
Vijay is passionate about knowledge and believes “that time wasted is life wasted”. He is a
giver and drives all-round development with a penchant for propelling success. He believes in
always delivering more than expected.
Vijay is a widely travelled and a culturally sensitive person. He is people focussed and brings a
sense of unity & direction in his efforts. He specializes at combining his managerial skills with
real life situations to drive efficacy.
Honed with an Electronics engineering degree (B.E.) and a Master’s in Business Administration
(MBA), he has close to 25 years of experience with leading corporations like Microsoft,
Hutchison Max &RPG group in diverse domains such as Operations, Sales and Customer
support. He is trained on ITIL (Netherlands) and PMP. He has worked on projects with Lintas
Advertising, Convergys Corporation, Priceline Inc., Videocon, Citibank and Crompton Greaves.
He has won numerous awards, the most prestigious being the Microsoft Global Award (CPE) in
2013. Vijay has coached and mentored aspiring individuals and is on the board of panellists for
a recruitment organization. His programs have been attended by clients from Voith,
Microsoft, Novartis, NMIMS, Voltas, Holy Mary Institutions, Gujarat University, BSNL,
Shatabdi Constructions, CII, FIITJEE, SSPL, Sanipro, Hitachi, ACS Technologies, Anunta

Richard Robert

Richard Robert is the Associate  Director - Human Resources and Learning & Development/Facility/Facilitator of Middle Earth HR, Asia’s largest specialized company for HR and Leadership Certification Training. He has received training on Management Training Course for Supervisors & Managers by External Trainers from U.K., Australia & India sponsored by The Watchtower Society. 

Received couple of International Certification of Trainers’ / Training Managers’ from Carlton Advanced Management of Institute (CAMI), Canada which is affiliated with Middle Earth Consultants and International Certification of Training for the Trainer sponsored by the Foundation of International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT), Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Has trained over 17000 Lower & Middle Management Employees, 200 Trainers/ L&D Manager and 500+ Human Resource / Administration Professionals and has vast experience in setting up and handling the entire gamut of HR, Learning & Development for over 22 years with Reputed Corporate Companies, Manufacturing Units, Training Institutions, Digital Marketing, Advertising & Branding Sectors in Mumbai and Hyderabad respectively.

Robert has vast experience in setting up/streamline the entire gamut of HR, Learning & Development and Administration for various companies including startups and mid-size firms.
